S- B-bec-because I'm leaving!
N- What do you mean you're leaving? You can't leave.
S- I'm sorry, but I can and I am.
N- Where the hell do you plan on going?
S- To live with my sister.
N- You don't have a sister. You have four brothers.
S- I'm sorry Nick, but I have to go with her.
A- Wait, your sister? The one in Florida?!
S- [a single tear rolled down her cheek.] Yeah.
A- Steph, no. You can't go! What about us?
S- I'm sorry Aaron.
A- WHAT THE HELL?! YOU FUCKING SAID THAT YOU LOVE ME AND ALL THIS CRAPP AND NOW YOU WANT TO LEAVE ME?!
S- [crying]Ido love you. I wish I didn't have to, but I do.
A- YOU DON'T! YOU CAN STAY! YOU HAVE YOUR REAL FAMILY NOW! WHAT THE FUCK STEPH?!
S- Aaron you know that I have to go.
A- NO STEPH YOU DON'T HAVE TO GO! IT'S YOUR CHOICE AND YOU'RE CHOOSING TO GO! SO HAVE FUN! WE'RE OVER! I HOPE IT WAS ALL WORTH IT! [with that a steamy red-faced Aaron walked out of the kitchen leaving Nick and Kevin speachless and Steph crying. Kevin rubbed her back trying to console her.]
K- Don't worry sweety he doesn't mean it. He's just mad that's all. Let him cool down.
S- [sobbing] He hates me now too. Soon you and Nick and everyone are going to hate me as well!
K- Steph, No one hates you. Joe and Aaron both just need to calm down and think stuff out. I will never hate you.
N- Neither will I.
S- [she hugged and kissed them both on the cheek.] Thanks guys.
N- No prob. Uhmmm I will go talk to Aaron.
S- Thanks Nick.
N- Your welcome honey. [he kissed the top of her head and she crinckled her nose. Nick left the room and went upstairs.]
K- So will you help me with dinner?
S- [she half smiled.] Sure.
*upstairs with Nick and Aaron*
[Nick knocks on the door and waits for Aaron to answer.]
A- Come in! Nick turns the knob and pushes open the door. He steps inside the room and closes the door behind him. He then turns around and sees Aaron packing.]
N- Hey man. Can we talk?
A- About? [he was still packing as he exchanged conversation with Nick.]
N- What just happened.
A- I think you know exactly what happened.
N- Listen, I know that you are upset. So are all of us, but you just broke my babie sister's heart. Her mom just died and you of all people should be able to understand that she's super fragile at this moment. [Aaron froze looking away from Nick.] If you love her then you would let her go, not just break up with her like that, and especially not scream at her. You should apologize and be there for her. I have a feeling that she loves you just as much as, maybe more than you do. Did you not see the pain in her voice, as well as her eyes? She loves you. She loves all of us. Trust me man, I let my parents give her up 9 years ago. Son't let that happen between you guys. [he took a long pause waiting for Aaron, whom was processing everything that he had just been told in his head over and over again, to finally respond to him.]
A- You're right. [he finally explained.] I should apologize and be there for her. I can't lose her. I love ger. I've loved her ever since we were about 10 years old, and I had a major crush on her ever since we met.
N- So go win her back.
A- Thanks dude. [Aaron was walking towards the door and about to leave the room when Nick called after him.]
N- Yo, Aaron, hold up. [he turned around to face Nick with a puzzzled look on his face.]
A- Yeah?
N- If you hurt my babie sister in any way I promise personally that you will be hurt a lot worse and in the hospital.
A- I wouldn't dream of it. [with that Aaron turned back around and walked out of the room. As soon as he reached the hallway he smiled to himself. He then realized what it was that he had to do. he ran downstairs and into the kitchen, then fell flat on his face. Steph got up worried and rushed over to him while Kevin and Nick, who by this time had entered the kitchen, laughed at his clumsiness.]
S- Are you okay?
A- [he looked up at her radiating beauty. She looked like an angel to him, he couldn't even notice the boys laughing from the counter a few feet away. All he could see was her, and that's when he realized...
