Dedicated to Ecaterina, (MadelnRomania) a woman who loves her country of Romania and sees the beauty in it, as I see in mine.
The pictures displayed were taken by me as I traveled in the Upper Peninsula of the State of Michigan (USA). In this video, my objective was to show the power and beauty of nature as is found in this great State. The music used (With Open Heart) by Jaiya, a Canadian New-Age group, expresses best the majesty that Michigan possesses.

In the first part of the video, the views are mostly of Lake Michigan. The pictures following those shots were taken in Munising, Michigan and on the Great and Famous Lake Superior. The large color rocks and cliffs are known as Pictured Rocks. Various other pictures were taken on the shores of Lake Superior.

  • Hi J. I think this is just great. Did a super job of stringing them together. I can't wait for the pictures of the fall. The song you picked seemed to fit the pictures to a T. Looking for more great videos.

  • @Sally4566 Thank you Sally. I appreciate your insightful comment about the music I picked since these pictures are about the Earth and the song is about the Earth.

  • @MadelnRomania Thanks for pointing the spelling change out. The words of the song are talking of the sounds and other things about the Earth. They are hard to understand even to me and I speak English. The singer states the words softly. I don't really see you as a Valkyrie, as some have described them in old literature. There seems to be two points on view on them which are inconsistent to me.

  • @MadelnRomania Just a quick question. I know you understand English quite well, but I wondered if you could understand the words of the singer because she speaks so softly. It was a bit hard for me to understand at first. After I did, then I saw how it would fit with this video for you.

  • @MadelnRomania Thanks for your comment, E.
