Your thinking of Ines Sainz Esteban(Miss Spain) from Alicante Spain, a brunette. This Ines Sains was born in Mexico City, she works as a reporter for TV Azteca. It's not like Mexico only has indians, theres Asians, Blacks, Whites, Arabs like other places. The biggest ethnic group is Mestizo(Indian/European, mostly Spanish blood), the other 2 biggest ethnicities are indigenous and white.
