And we didnt do any fighting but we did do a great and very positive engagement action for not only "Gays" but also for Lesbians, Bisexuals and Transgender people...and 1200 leaflets were produced and were all gone by the end. We were on the main and historic Nevsky Prospect for over an hour and leafletted 1km down and 1km up again until *all* our leaflets were handed out.

nah...he was just having some fun...and just in case he wasn't, I was making sure he was taking lots of photos of me and my lovely rainbow scarf. They stopped us (as they are entitled to do) we explained what we were doing and in the end we all had some fun. And anyway all the people he took photos of are already over the web from us, so those photos can't do any more harm!

Is that a cop trying to record everyone's face & to send these pictures to intelligence agencies to use against the peaceful protesters? That's the impression I get. It's kinda creepy how he's smiling the whole time.
Regardless, Our country used to do that during the 1960s civil rights & ant-war protestors. We have come a long way since then, but until gays have full & equal rights, we must continue to fight for them!
