The first verse of 'Hands Held High' was done acapella over the Reanimated 'Crawling' intro. Chris Cornell then joined the band for the song, singing the entire second verse, the outro, and Aaron's harmonies.

side note for reanitheory1, if mike is singing over the crawling intro, then he's not singing 'acapella'.

If you just sing the song without the musick, it's an acapella, if you do the songs lyrics on a different song (while the other song is still being played normal) it is normally an acapella over [insert whatever here]

I cant believe I am saying this,but,..this made me cry when I watched the live video of this here.It's is better. To watch the first bit,with Aron talking just floored me.I had never heard the song at all.Chris comes on without an Intro at all,..singing incredible! Too lazy to make a video? How sad,...oh,and it ISNT really an acapella at all. It's rapping.
