they bitch about t3's humor & they bitch about t4 being humorless, i thought T3 continued the story well, the gay gags felt a bit much but it did its best not to be dull, for what it is, its great, just wished the original actor of john connor diddnt become a fuck up drug pump which resulted in his absents, but im ok with the results..

Akynet was an AI program that created the virus. It also follows the story because in the first movie Reese makentions "a complex series of defense network computers" and how Skynet w hooked into everything and trusted to run it all. That's essentially what happens here.
