Derby to Ashbourne in time-lapse. A 23 min drive compressed into 1 min 36 seconds.

I made this video of my journey upto Ashbourne in Derbyshire to see the Shrovetide football ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nKDjFEtLV88 )

This video shows a journey of 23 minutes crompressed into just 1 minute and 36 Seconds by the use of time-lapse recording.
It starts on the A52 just up from the Markeaton Island.

I used a modified Canon Ixus 430 to take the photographs.
The video is made from a total of 1453 photographs shown in sequence.

As this did not offer HQ mode so the video codecs have trashed my original.

I created the music using Sony Cinescore using the "Room Full of Tears" template.

Definitely quicker than walking between the two. I remember doing the Bonnie Prince Charlie walk a few years ago with my Dad, good times!
