Beautiful Light Show from the Air, of a Massive Thunderstorm over Paris and St Elmo's fire which appears on the Windscreen of aircraft due to the huge amount of static electricity present in the atmosphere. Approximately 1,000 - 30,000 volts per centimeter is required to induce St. Elmo's fire
