  • First of all, EVERYBODY, stop talking about its price, totally not relevant when dealing with quality products like B&O.

Second of all, B&O is the most innovative brand on this area. If it wasn't for B&O, the world of technology would have looked totally different today... for an example, B&O invented the touch-wheel that apple uses on their iPod. so without B&O, there'd be no iPod either... just one example...

  • well if you was a little more up to date with Bang & Olufsen you would know that they ALREADY make blue ray for their tv's...

and it is not a waste of money. Bang & Olufsen is a lifestyle. Its quality and its beautyful! i got a lot of Bang & Olufsen. I also got this phone. So if you think it is so crappy you have never been in a Bang & Olufsen store and you dont know whats quality and whats not. what it can do it does really well.

  • @sdeary1 You CAN text on it, it's just a pain in the ass! But as the "reviewer" said, those who buy this phone probably have 5 other phones already. It's a ridicules phone - and you're paying for the brand. That's pretty much it.

  • @gjaddajg i know there reliably but at that price it bloody should be, i just dont like how it lacks so many common features ud expect from a phone today, i dont thhink u can even text on it and calling people is annoying cos it doesnt have any number buttons

  • @sdeary1 And I'm a MacBook, and I say "I'm not that reliable". There are lots of other computers that are just as, or even more reliable.

Speaking of reliability; B&O are known for their longlasting and reliable technology, so that would be a reason to buy the phone as well. In 50 years time it'll probably work just the same as the day you bought it.

  • @gjaddajg lol i am a dj and trust me it has nothing to do with the name at all, i cba explaining it cos i hate typing but yea we dont use them cos they say macbook on it, i use a windows desktop for all my day to day shit like im doing now and for my gaming so none of this is coming from a fan boys perspective, its all down to using the right tools for the job :)

  • @sdeary1 Spend the same on an Acer or whatever and you'll see reliability, ease of use and build quality. Dj's are using all sorts of different laptops, and the ones that are using MacBooks are probably using them because it says 'MacBook' on the front , that's it.

  • @gjaddajg yes true but its the software not the hard ware, macs crash far less as there operating system runs far smoother and more efficiently, hence why almost all live dj's use macs, cos if there computer crashes there fucked :P the cost comes from the reliability, ease of use, looks and build quality, tho i dont doubt they add a price for the name ;)

  • @sdeary1 Don't get me wrong, I think it's buttfucking ugly too! But as I said, 'good looks' are subjective. I don't partucularly like the looks of Chevrolet Corvette either, but some do, and they're pretty expensive. And Apple computers ARE overpriced, come on! you can get an Acer laptop with the exact same specifications for a fraction of the price of a MacBook.

  • @gjaddajg lol it has half an inch of rubber round it, hardly appealing :/ and apple machines are expensive because of there reliable software and looks, there hardware is pretty standard stuff
