Rather than engaging in reasonable discourse, they engage shaming language to bend the will of society, the same way they bend the will of the individual. By generating a climate where noone want's to be seen as the bad-guy/gal, where the furnace is cranked up swiftly to avert the image of opposition. Much like witch-hunts are conducted.
Rile up the nays swiftly, then the "whoas" can't be heard.
It's also an insult to women that their violent tendencies are not taken seriously.
Many women (obviously) are domestically oppressed and innocent victims. The best way to weed the garden of the muck-rakers is a culture of truth and wisdom. What we have is a culture of special privilege and delusional assumption.
By comparison to isolating the legitimacy, society has become a reflection of the emotional manipulation tact deployed by many women.
You flaccidly stating that you find them "poorly interpretted" inspires little more than an eyeroll from me. It's like when I've had to do mediation for people and translate some semblance of case history to police being involved, and it's simpler to go "Look, listen to her rant for ten minutes, then listen to him plead for a fair chance at air-time, and you see who you think is monopolizing the airwaves with demonizing dribble".
Research conducted through justice-departments generally indicates even figures of attack. Obviously subject to fluctuations, but actual assaults come out surprisingly even aggregately. A greater differentiation come in the damage done, where men Men more prone to hospitalizing (but not by a drastic margin), women tend to register more prominently in an area of domestic violence that people are adverse to discussing: INCITEMENT.
This one I've seen a lot. Women actual abuse stigma to bait men.
There's a wide range of things that distort perceptions apart from the law, but the main one is the poison of the male's bane. The opium that it's hard to get them to stop smoking: CHIVALRY.
The natural male inclination to protect women, even when they behave badly. The incidence reporting against females is misresented when it is, and it's totally understated in the first place.
If I was to enact even one of the things that many women have done to me in my tenure, against a woman, I would be no doubt, incarcerated. I've seen men arrested for "bruising the wrists" of their partners. They weren't to interested in the claw marks in his chin-line, neck and across his back.
I've seen AVO orders taken out agaisnt men by vindictive women, when they've never lifted a finger against a fly, to quite the contrary, they've been punched and shoved out the door.
Men can plead guilty and save themselves months out of home and thousands out of pocket, or they can request a fair trial, with an abysmally slippery slope of prejudicial presumed-offender protection laws, and take a trial of fire which will cost them home-time and money.
Even basic reaction dynamics affect all the results. I've never abused or assaulted a female. By in my proceedings I've been verbally firestormed, physically assaulted, and even repeatedly spat on, by women.
The feminist lobbyist implimented "batterers programs" target men exclusively, and the "shelter program" targets women exclusively, ergo, all the data accumulated about people being battered is slanted to women, and all the data accumulated about batterers is slanted against men.
On top of that, the "incentivized" convictions inflate figures beyond recognizable reality.
It's an arduous and tedious task to get close to anything even close to resembling a more accurate figure of spousal homicide rates for two reasons.
For a start, female violence, when it is reported, is problematically not registered as DOMESTIC violence. But the main problem in homicide terms, is the higher female propensity for either undetectable, or delegated violence. Women are more prone to hiring someone to kill their spouse, and these are registered as "Multiple Offender".
For my daughter yes, For any other stupid bitch, no.
