yes. in fact, the preorder only gives you the war rhino and mammoth. any one can have a horse. but it's gonna cost ya to the tune of 2gold. and gold is not easy to come by in this game. i am level 44, and i don't even have my first gold yet. and i am going to need it for the horse. i got the rhino, but it's slow as shit, and will only come in handy when tearing down some ones house in guild wars. i need a horse for speed!!!
