i agree with you 100 percent, i have felt this way before when and after working out, totally changes the chemicals in your brain, the desires to eat certain things, and not over-eat, or eat when your bored.

James! Thanks for the video response. In general, I tend to agree with you that working out naturally helps the diet. However, I believe that if we don't make the fundamental change in deciding to increase fruits, vegetables, and bean intake by 2-3X normal volume that long term weight loss becomes ineffective.
Answer to your Question:
The best lunch time salads can be found at Buffet style restaurants such as Sizzler and the nicer Hotels.
-Or- you can prep and pack your own salad from home

Point taken on the fundamental change. I know a few places near work that sell fruits and veggies. Aye, part of it's deciding to go there instead of to the chocolate section at the convenience store.
