@angus11122 what do you mean as usual? The RS600 FF is a foiling class of boat that features a trapeze, in which case you wear a harness that has a hook on it, you then attach yourself to the trapeze line with that hook.
like that move at 1:49, at 1st looked like a close call. but with 77 inside and not handling their gybe well, a head up off to separate for space for a tack . then head take their transom, close too... good move !!
I own the RS600FF over the Moth because it has a proper hull, a trapeze and is slightly easier to sail. I'm also the the 49er at 0:40

can i ask are you harnessed on so you can then hike out using your legs or do you have to maintain your balance as usual?
