It is not about HOW FAR you stretch but THAT you stretch,
always listen to your body, feel your boundaries and stay with your breath, all the best.

HI,
Everyday would be great, you can do twice if you are motivated, morning and evening. Even once a week is better than nothing. It really depends on your commitment.

I am currently doing the yoga for killer legs. would you recommend this routine or that one more? i'm doing that one with a 6 repetition at the moment.

You are doing great so, sorry for not picking up on your message sooner. It is always goor to change you routine now and than, so you can do the killer legs and also this one. You can hold the poses in this routine up to 15 breaths, to make it longer.
I admire your discipline.
