Among my moneymaking ventures is morning newspaper delivery. Newspaper delivery is easy, right? Not always. When last night's rainfall froze over, things got rather treacherous. It left a thick layer of ice in many areas. Join me as I brave the icy terrain to get the job done.

  • I´m Edward from Brazil. I´ve done newspaper delivery in Salt Lake City-UT.

Your video is nice, where is it?

  • This is in Rockport, Massachusetts. It was pretty cold here today as well. Fortunately, there was no ice.

  • dude your mistake is your getting out of the car i never get out if they want it porched i tell them i simply tell them they are responsible for all injuries and that shuts them up fast

  • Screw the newspaper. Get with the times, go youtube.

  • I do 106 papers every morning (just cut down from 200) & I deal w/ the same ice crap. When it's that icy I absolutely REFUSE to walk it, I'll throw the paper as close as I can to the door or tube & then call the paper & explain to cover my ass. Sometimes I've left a note to ask for salt for my safety, they get nervous I'll sue if I fall & I have fallen on icy property. Shame on them for not taking care of their property,if they use the excuse of being elderly then let em buy it from the store

  • Hey Mike. Many people who live in non-snowy areas, would like

to have some snow on winter, but I know how bad snow and ice is for

jobs like that. Not only driving but walking is also tough on ice.

I like to watch here on youtube the world of the newspaper delivery,

but yes, I love not to have to do it again.......hehehe

  • I've dealt with worst conditions,... but never have i went out as far as to walk on ICE to Porch a paper. My customers., thankfully do Melt most of their driveways; although, the ones that don't and want it porched, understand if I do what I have to. I want to avoid charges, but better yet, I want to avoid a long term injury. I give ya props and commend you for all that work

  • Never been ice fishig!?!?!? Buy some creapers and shut up! They will save ur ass and ther only cost a couple bucks.
