I had initial doubts but he has a physical side to his game that i think will enable him to fight through checks in the NHL....good selection by the Leafs

it looks like he gets pushed around a fair bit, BUT he almost always comes up with the puck, and is very creative in getting the puck to teammates...also not a fraid to crash the net...that will be a welcome change for the Leafs!

I think that's to be expected. He's not THAT big of a player. But as long as he has tenacity and the work ethic to keep coming back at the opposition, he can succeed like smaller players like St. Louis do.
