In my personal opinion, Mary has an overly-manly voice (at least in this song) and I don't like it. Peter and Paul are great though! Still an amazing group with amazing material.

In some songs like this one, she does have a masculine voice. But in songs like "For Baby", she has a beautiful feminine voice.

I wish I was alive during Peter, Paul and Mary's prime. I can't seem to get into the music nowadays. At least I can live like it was back then in the 60's by listening to the trio. I wish all 18 year olds are like me.

That is true, but what I mean is that I wish more of my fellow peers would respect or at least take some recognition that this is quality music. They don’t have to like it, just to embrace it or try listening to it once to see if they like it – you never know.

If we all listened to the same music and had the same interests it would be boring as hell. Diversity is what makes us interesting, not everyone has to listen to the same music.

While we all miss Mary, Noel and Peter are as much into it as ever. After decades of being a mere fan, I got the treat to meet, hang out a bit with, hug and get a pic of myself with Peter...they are such wonderful souls! Hang in there, the magic is always around. We just need to be able to recognize it.
