A Fatah activist states that while her party (headed by PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas) views "peace" as "one of the [possible] strategies", it does not rule out the armed struggle. Concerning negotiations with Israel, she says, "Our goal has never been peace. Peace is a means; the goal is Palestine." [PATV (Fatah), July 7, 2009]

Fatah official Kifah Radaydeh:
"Peace is a means, and the goal is Palestine"
[PATV (Fatah), July 7, 2009]

"Fatah is facing a challenge, because [Fatah] says that we perceive peace as one of the [possible] strategies, but we say that all forms of the struggle exist, and we don't rule out the possibility of the armed struggle or any other struggle. The struggle exists in all its forms, on the basis of what we are capable of at a given time, and according to what seems right. What exactly do we want? It has been said that we are negotiating for peace, but our goal has never been peace. Peace is a means; and the goal is Palestine. I don't negotiate in order to achieve peace. I negotiate for Palestine, in order to achieve a state."

  • Yes, the peace is a means to achive a state. what's the problem with that?

  • @ahmadinejadsucks Funny that you took out the word "christian". To think that Irans president supposedly wants Israel destroyed being more important than how jews and treatened in Iran, meaning waay better than sunni muslims, is failing to REALLY accept reality.

Oh btw, there are at least 2 jewish countrys. Israel and USA. And, Irans president never said the wanted Israel destroyed. About destruction, should'nt you worry about Israel destroying Palestine as we speak?

  • @upuup i love how ur bigoted ass is talkin about muslims showing tolerance towards jews when u can't even get it right: "jewish...countrIES" hmm. thats strange. thers only one country that has intrinsic jewish character as part of its values since before its founding and that is israel. u speak of iran treating their persian jews very well, which is true, but u fail to grasp the fact that Iran's illegitimate president wants Israel destroyed, failing to REALLY accept the right for jews to exist

  • so what els is new?

  • @proengelsrael

    What?

I don't think one should give respect to anyone who keeps millions of people from tons of food and other stuff because they see, or rather make them, to their enemy. Thats unhumane and evil.

  • @upuup - by their "fruits" ye shall know them...

It seems, as if these arabs will NO OTHER OPTION than blood.

RESPECT to the ISRAEL for tons of food & other stuff for your enemy !

Interesting. Source? Its highly relevant since it proves your statement wrong.

You just described Israel on the spot. Ever since its existence it has 1. Terrorized 2. Murdered 3. Occupied 4. Opressed the minoritys. Its existence has brought nothing but negativity - the destruction of a place mainly (and still is) Islamic. Before Israel, Muslims, Jews and Christians lived in peace since Muslims (the majority) treated its Jewish and Christian neighbours very well.

  • @upuup Yes. Land that "cannot be said to be purely Arab," such as the Palestine mandate was excluded from the agreement. So it is actually irrelevant.

What we should focus our attention on is how so many Arab Muslims murder and oppress minorities that have the misfortune of falling under their rule. This is as true for Christian blacks as for Jews who live in Islamic countries.

  • @modelfan1979 Its so funny to read comments by fans to Israel. By lying you're indirectly saying that Israel is wrong and can't be defended based on the truth, you do know that right? Ever heard of the "McMahon-Husain" - deal? Its more likely that Jews can't stand the idea of Arab Muslims writing the laws that Jews too must fallow, because they are a bunch of racists. The Palestinians "objection" has nothing to do with who writes the laws but about them being ethnically cleansed, terrorised ect.

  • @upuup The Arabs occupying Judea and Samaria never considered themselves "Palestinians" or demanded a separate state before 1967. The only reason Arabs are angry about Israel is because they are a bunch of racists. They would have no objection to Arabs ruling over the land of Israel, but they can't stand the idea of Arab Muslims having to obey laws written by Jews.
