Mine does this too!! I can't get it to stop i've tried everything including a time out cage, does anyone have any advice on what to do?!?!

mine will bite ANYTHING. and he's afraid of fingers, even though he was handraised by professionals. he always goes straight for my shoulder, then bites my neck and fingers when I try to get him to step up.

not shes actually trying to bite, when my birds do that, they are trying to grip a nice chunk of skin, as massive as they can fit in their beak, and then clamp down, YOUR bird is so cute nonetheless i love her colors

Looks like she wants to get up on your hand.
Taking the bite and not reacting is part of parrot ownership. Lovebirds have real strong bites for such little birds, though.

When my love bird is in the cage, I put my finger about 1 inch away from the cage and he attempts to bite my finger for litterly hours. I once tested to see how long it would take for him to give up and i was just laying there all day and he wouldnt give up. He might be mentally retarded we should take him to the vet. lmao. It's hilarious though
