In Tennessee we use fresh shad for bait. Caught 21 fish last week on 2 trotlines.Think about it what bait the fish feed on is the best bait to use.

Flouncin'? Love your work, but "flouncing" isn't a word, bro. :)

Tip on the trotline. If you run your main line first then, you can pull your way back up the line and bait it then. Less tangling and i feel your pain on getting hung up.
