Five years ago, a string of murders attributed to a sadistic serial killer mysteriously stopped after the lead detective was killed. Four weeks ago, the killings started up again just as suddenly. Only this time, Detective Ian Daw is the subject of the killer's cruel sport and he is not prepared for the coming mental anguish. Grieving and pushing himself to the very edge of sanity, Ian will have to break all the rules to beat this killer at his own game. At what cost will he have his revenge?
