  • Gotta pack some Georgia Moon corn whisky for an emegency! At least you can get drunk when the SHTF! Just kidding. Nice video. Where can we prurchase mylar bags?

  • @B4realalready @B4realalready Yep. Moonshine has "many uses". Beprepared com has mylar bags. (click more info above for link)

  • I'm curious, what are the various uses of moonshine? :)

  • @davettalashley Medical. Antibacterial. Barter. Oh and it has a dramatic effect on the potency of my banana margharitas. (there's a story behind that...lol)

  • Why are you storing foods for and why just 70 days?

  • I am storing food in the event of a disaster and interruption of the food supply. I live in a hurricane area, for example. 70 Days gets you through the initial panic.

  • I have a question... The first few buckets of rice I sealed up with the oxygen absorber and it was still a puffy after a night of sitting, however other ones were all sealed tight. No air was escaping from it so I am stumped!

  • 1 cup dry rice, after cooking, =3 cups cooked rice

  • @Nrcda1 Thanks abunch. I'm well over on the rice but I need a bit more oats. Good thing I got some pastas ect to supliment.

  • @Ljungman42 aight it goes like this for example 3 people would be Rice 1kg -per day 7kg-per week 31kg-per month 372kg-per year 1860-5 years Oats 500g-per day 3.5kg-per week 15.5kg-Per month 186kg-per month 930-kg per month
  • @B4realalready ... Doulton ceramic water filter candle... .. filter water from any source and it will be safe to drink

  • @laidbackguy1972 I basicly asking people who have already stocked up that already know the answer. I could guess and say 1/2 of rice makes a bowl but then how much does a 1/2 cup of rice weigh? I can get rice by 8kg sacks, so I'm wondering how many I would need to have one bowl of rice a day for a year.

  • @Ljungman42 Not to be rude but if you cannot take the time to do the simple math on something like calculating how much rice you may need may I ask why do you even prep? I really do not mean that to be a mean spirited answer. I think their are alot of people buying things while there are very few survival minded people. For instance if you even wanted someone to give you an answer give complete info. How big of a bowl or what is it's volume? Hard to calculate without it. Wish ya the best!

  • I'm making a one year food store. Rice will be my main staple along with oats, tuna, beans, ect, ect.

My question is, if I were to eat one bowl of rice every day for a year (365) how mych rice should I have? (in pounds or Kilos, not cups. I need to know by weight). Anyone know?

  • @davettalashley It's a potent antidepressant.
