8 February 2007 - Team Dumb & Dumber continue on the Plymouth to Banjul old banger rally in their £300 Peugeot 205. In the mountains between Marrakech and Agadir we found ourselves behind this lorry, nervously creeping along. Not an uncommon sight in these parts. We passed it after 10 mins. Hope it didn't topple over later!

his load was probably very light.. So that he was not all THAT afraid off it falling off.. Seen worse than that tho.. In Burkina Faso and Ghana.. hehe.. Maroccan cars at the least have brake lights ;)

Hah Ha! Well he's a braver man than I! At 2.45 he was down to about 25mph, and at 2.58 when the brakes come on he was down to about 20mph, 'cos of the left hand bend and his load hanging out to the right. That's why everyone was overtaking. Except us that is. Got to hand it to the Moroccan drivers, they take their wagons all over, up mountains and across deserts without much creature comfort.

wut wrong with u ? each country has different roads and Moroccans cant drive easily so the dumber is now is YOU

Nothing wrong with me, mate. Moroccans CAN drive easily. But sometimes they take more risks with the loading, and sometimes you see dangerous loads where the driver is clearly frightened that his lorry may go over. Saw worse in Senegal.
