Holiday Inn corporation lost their soul when they dumped the Great Sign. Idiot new owners always have to leave their mark when ever they take something over. Made it so I don't ever need or want to stay at a H.I. ever again.

I totally agree with you, jpenna. Meant getting to stay in a hotel, eat a restaurant, and swim in the pool--none of which we did very often when I was a kid. Love the old Great Sign!
