Well I have perimeno at 35 my periods are regular and always have been.

I got suicidle last year and few more. I feel awful alot, like tired dizzy, anxious. I am 52 and hoping that my period would end since 40. I need to work, but feel i cnat. Have a grand son to raise, Wish i could feel normal . What can i do.

It is wonderful to hear that you are feeling great on your supplements but I could recommend a change in your soy milk consumption.Fermentation is the only process that destroys soy beans anti-nutritional factor because soy phtytates and trypsin inhibitors cannot be destroyed with soaking like other beans. Eat soy products like miso, tamari, tempeh and Nato.
