Hehe. Polar bears in Oslo. Oslo is around the same latitude as Scotland.
There are no polar bears in mainland Norway. You have to go to Svalbard islands way way way up north for that.

Well yeah, there are no polar bears in Norway (exception being waaay up in the north).

Is that a man's head behind the fence just to the left of the orange fence? Wouldn't he have seen the bear as well and left? why is he still standing there? and where is the bear's shadow?

Definitely fake! There are no polar bears in Oslo. The only place you can find polar bears in Norway is on an island way up north, far from the mainland.
