I agree with those who think you dieted too much which you can tell from your face and neck not looking like they normally do, so you lost some of the mucle size we are used to seeing you have. Still, your muscle symmetry and proportions were great as usual.

in my "comment" i just wanted to say my opinion, he has a good fitness body but if he want to be a bodybuilder he should gain a bit more insted of waisting time on the diet :)

@xXJeReMiAhXx99 well this is bodybuilding and not fitness, i think he would look mutch better if he didnt go down to 67kg because ... yes he is ripped BUT he also turned into a chicken =/

What i mean is that i think he would look better if he weighed a bit more = a little less shredding but much fuller muscles ...
