This is a video of a recreation of the Apollo 8 Launch (at Kennedy Space Center, Florida, Saturn V/Apollo Launch Control building.) This is the same room launch control was in at the real Apollo 8 Launch. I aimed at the windows because they shook and turned orange (to simulate the vibrations of the rocket and the color of the sky). The seats/room also shaked. The green lights show the rocket's status, and the blue lights show the communication places that are active. Also, the stands that people sit in used to be where launch commanders/observers* sat. (*Observers as in the families of the astronaunts or VIPs, such as vice presidents, generals, officers, etc)

  • Bad quality due to the fact I was using my Droid to tape this... I had no camera.
