Don't like the bell shaped skirt on her at all. Too much flare for someone who looks quite short and a little stocky. The skirt makes her look stockier adding to much girth to her lower half.

This type of bell shaped fuller skirt is for someone who is tall and lean and who can afford to have a skirt that makes them look fuller on the bottom than they are.

@howdewyoudo The video is called that, I assume, because he's /widening/ the hip with the skirt. Not because he thinks she is a pear shape. You wouldn't dress a pear shape in those clothes - they are perfect for her though.
