he isn't kicking the cat...he is trying to give it a push with his feet..he was very patient with the animal..the cat has been purring on him all the time during his work..And the cat had no pain either, after the cop pushed the cat away with his feet , the cat came back! And if I was the cop and I had written the check, i would do the same! You wouldn't wanna get the kitten get killed by the car? AWESOME cat btw :p

I think the cop finally pushed the kitten away because he was going back to his car and didn't want it following him and maybe even getting run over. He was totally patient with that kitten and obviously not trying to hurt it. I have four cats and would be angry if I thought a big guy tried to hurt a little kitten.
