@djseamus01 europe can not be considered as one country, and even before the first world war we have been many states. And eventhougt, countrys are not limited by borders, because theyre humanmade, theyre limited by theire culture. Your land ends, when you dont unterstand the language of the others, not when somebody says, that the land ends. I think youre american and you dont care about the rest of the world, thats the reason, why the rest of the world does not take care of you..

By your reasoning, even though Europe was clearly divided along national lines before the first world war (when borders were established for the first time), it can also actually be considered one country.
