  • jason england devised this move in 1902? ;D

DIdnt know he wrote the expert at the cardtable (where this move is first described) also.

    Never too young to learn!

  • @Michielos23 I just credited where I learned this move, that's all. (Ya, I was lazy to credit previous reference; however, I guess that's enough to credit where I learned it and then for other people to go for further information by themselves)

  • @kingarthurlove LAZY?! How could you not know this move was published in Erdnase? Please go pick yourself up a copy and learn the original. Your technique is flawed. Try holding the deck at finger tips, your push in flashed and was too big of an angel. Your palming hand looks waaay to unnatural. More work needed.

  • @greydonthemagician Seriously, I didn't know that is from Erdnase UNTIL I started to study "Expert at the Card Table" recently. Therefore, I credited Jason England as I learned that move from him. However, you guys dont like it. Oh well, I tried my best to do the credit before. I am going to do the credit now. Thanks!

  • Nice execution of the move but the credit SHOULD NOT!! go to Jason England (from theory11) since he ONLY TEACHES THE MOVE!!! The CREATOR IS SW ERDNASE!!! IN order to be good magician you must study the roots of magic and their creators: J.B. Bobo, Ricky Jay, Ed Marlo, SW Erdnase, Arturo de Ascanio, Dai Vernon, Harry Lorayne, etc.

But you really did do it very well!! Keep it up ;)

  • My one criticism would be your eagerness to throw down the deck. If you watch a proficient card technician handle the diagonal palm shift, you'll notice the sequence mirrors how it really should look. The card is put in the deck, squared up, then the deck put down. There should be a pause between the squaring and putting it down, it looks suspicious otherwise. Great work nonetheless!

  • word of advice. never do card to pocket tricks on camera because the laymen always think there ar dupes and wats the use if only magicians get wats going on?

  • I was about to say not to have your left hand that closed with the card but having the other hand mirror the action makes it look very natural. Fantastic job.

  • Hey! Nice dude!! That is the move I am practising, too!!!
