【雞捲材料】:魚漿4兩、里肌肉2兩、洋蔥1個、豆腐皮2張、香菜1支、酒1小匙、醬油1小匙、糖1/2小匙、胡椒粉1/3小匙、五香粉1/6小匙、鹽1/6小匙
【鹹粥材料】:米1杯、肉絲1塊、小魚干2大匙、香菇3朵、芹菜末2大匙、紅蔥酥1大匙、高湯1罐、鹽1小匙、胡椒粉1/2小匙
【做法】:
1、將里肌肉切片,再切成條狀後,加入五香粉、胡椒粉、醬油、糖,拌勻醃漬片刻。
2、魚漿中加入酒,拌勻後加入水備用。
3、將洋蔥切絲後,加入醃漬好的肉絲、魚漿,用手拌勻,即完成餡料。
4、取一張豆腐皮切半,取適量的餡料,鋪於豆腐皮上,捲成圓筒狀,用麵粉水封口。
5、起一油鍋,冷油時放入雞捲,待雞捲浮起,再用小火炸到酥脆,即可撈起切片擺盤,即完成「雞捲」。
6、另起一油鍋,放入肉絲炒香後,加入香菇、小魚干翻炒後,放入生米拌炒,再加入水,炒至米釋出香氣,再加入高湯,蓋上鍋蓋燉煮。
7、煮熟後開鍋,加入鹽、胡椒粉、紅蔥酥拌勻,最後撒上芹菜,即完成「鹹粥」。

    不知道老師下次可以交素菜捲嗎

    雖然我不吃素 但也是一樣可口
