Remove one ring and get RavenFrost, or if u insist on using the shako, put a CHAM into it to get "cannot be frozen" and then take a BK instead of raven, or a Wisp, or something with cast, Preferably a cast ring, with life steal and 10%cast with some add ons

Shako is kinda common, but get a 2skiller 20Fcr pala helm instead, and sock that one instead.

@Evil5partan the % stolen per hit - does it stole from the pure damage of the item or it counts the whole dealt damage from magic enchantment like Vengeance of the paladin? I mean % stolen from the final damage or from the basic weapon damage only?
