CONNIE FRANCIS: "BOY FROM IPANEMA" (1965)

From Connie's 1965 LP, "Connie Francis Sings The All Time International Hits." Song written by the outstanding and legendary Brazilian composer, Antonio Carlos Jobim. It is one of the most recognizable songs in the world and a major jazz standard today. (This track is now available on the CD "Cocktail Connie." At the time I first made this slideshow, I had to transfer it from the original vinyl LP.)
