Every woman needs a room of her own

Every Woman should have a room of her own as Virginia Woolf so aptly put it...here's my room where I meditate, write songs and ponder deep and joy filled thoughts. This is my favorite room in my house in the Santa Cruz Mountains...a casbah of sorts where I feel like the walls wrap around me embracing me with peace, joy and tranquility. Filmed with a Canon Powershot s5. I just love this room!!

Thanks Jennifer, I really appreciate it. I really love that song as well and it's ironic because that room ceased to exist shortly after creating it because of a shift in a relationship. So I have taken the style and many of the items and redid my 17ft Burro travel trailer to emulate the feel of this room and was pretty successful in creating a sacred space that doesn't feel like a camper when you are in it. Even have the crystals and stained glass which make traveling a bit tricky but I luv it.

I love your room and now I'm inspired! The funny thing to me is how many things I see in YOUR room that I've seen in my own and that of many of my friend's as well. We all share something in common, don't we. And I love how you brought the outdoor world into your indoor space. your photos are beautiful and your dog is, well.... asleep ~ like dogs love to be! peace !

Great video and I admire anyone who can put so many neat things together in such a pleasing manner. A bit too "girlish" for me but it's for a girl. I refer to my room as my office.... my wife calls it "That place in there."
