Have you ever had problems with your menstrual cycle considering you're pretty active and have a low body fat relative to most women? If so, how did you remedy this, or did you just accept that you don't get your period as regularly with your active training regimen?
Thanks Erin! I look forward to your Q&A. I got two for you: 1. What type of plyometric and HIIT exercises do you like, especially for glutes/quads. Your vids have inspired/encouraged me to box jump and it's been fun! 2. I neva-eva! considered powerlifting until I saw your vids. Any suggestions, books, classes you'd suggest for a newbie? Want to avoid signing up for Crossfit but instead focus on form and strength/ability/agility.
