I heard this song soon after my father passed away. The words were perfect for the way I felt and a tribute to him. Ed roland will always be one of my favorite artists. And Collective Soul, for me, is the most under-rated Band in America Today. Rock on Guys!! Dave K

My best friend died in a car accident almost 12 years ago...and my heart still weighs heavy but this song helps..I still think about him daily and listen to this weekly for comfort..I Hope Ed,his brother and the rest of the band know how many lives this song has touched..:)..Thank You

I am grateful to have had Collective Soul play live on air when I DJ'd in Columbia, SOuth Carolina. I am awed by their music, and it takes up most of my mp3 stuff. I love the Atlanta Youth Symphony Orchestra performance.......I play the oboe, and I love the short oboe solo snippet buried in all that wonderful sound.

Is Ed really your uncle? C. Soul is the best band ever! I've loved them since they came out in 94!

sweet! <3
Is that really Ed Roland? I suppose Collective Soul is no more. Good things always end.

@RatkoUSA Yes, that is Ed Roland. And, Collective Soul is still going VERY strong as a matter of fact! This was an intimate acoustic show.
