Well actually in Sokoto, my Ethnic group has forced Sharia on Christians who were already charged a special tax as non Muslims. Christian lebanese and Jews are treated like second class citizens. But why should I respect religion. Mohamet claimed he got a message from some God, but the entire thing was compiled and edited after his death and the other Qur'ans were destroyed. Tax, my friend that Christians, jews pay is a payment to the muslims for the muslims to protect them, look back in history. It's not a tax that they have to pay just because they are Christians. Under islamic rule, Christians and jews get protected by the muslims and thus they have to pay for their protection.
