@sejo1906 Yes, he sings this so beautifully and makes a wonderful Werther. The photos are actually from the Verdi Opera “La Forza Del Destino” and although Werther died at the end of “Werther” the character of Don Alvaro didn’t die in “La Forza Del Destino” he looks like he could be dead so I decided it was the next best thing as unfortunately I don’t have a video or DVD of Jose Carreras as Werther. I’m glad you liked the and thanks for your comments.

Another beautiful rendition from Jose Carreras of "pourquoi me reveiller" but again AKJC48 has added a Photo of Carreras himself, perhaps as Werther. Such beautiful floral photography. The end is the clincher because Werther committed suicide at the end of the opera, although I don't think these photos of Jose Carreras are from Werther but I think it makes a great ending.
