Randy or I, it's time to go. The AFT has sat on it's ass while the attack on teachers has been going on for years now. When Chicago was in the middle of their struggle, you sat on your ass and didn't even mention Chicago when your spoke. But when you saw the crowds in Chicago, oh, you couldn't resist the chance to show yourself then, although you said nothing before then. The NEA and the AFT need to come together and rescue the teaching profession, if not sit your ass down and let US!

Public education will be abolished. If not by a great illumination that it is a sub-standard and broken system, then by the coming economic collapse. Public schools will be privatized. As it stands they are unconstitutional.

At the 16:55 mark, I almost cried. Did you see all the teachers stand up. I have seen so many of these crazy principals in action. I had a good one for my first few years! Thank goodness, or I would not be a teacher today. Most of them are just horrendous. They hurt teachers and children and the field of education.

No I am an ivy-league grad and former lawyer, now a charter school teacher for 8 years. Unions locked me out of public school job, but I wouldn't work in that byzantine de-oxygenated environment for all the tea in china!

Facts are facts. Charter schools are backed by those who profit directly from them and the movement was created by corporations and right wing foundations. They can afford lots of trolls. Are you one?
