I watch this whenever I'm in a block and it helps a lot. It's awesome how it pertains to all art.

This is the whole reason I quit drawing when I was a kid. I always compared my 16-year old highschool drawings to stuff I saw in the back of the Diablo 1 Manual, or in general, always compared myself to professional artwork that I thought was really great. Looked at my own stuff and thought how terrible it was.

I'm 28 now, and thanks to your videos sycra, I've really started to go all in on my art. Even if it takes me 10 years. So be it. I love to draw. Should've focused on it like I wanted to

I am going through artist block right now, and this has made me feel so much better.. I think I have a high eye strength and a decent amount of skill, so I guess I am really capable of seeing a lot of flaws, which doesn't really help in my positivity... xD

Even though I didn´t ever really stop,we´re nearly at the same point since I´m almost the same age and only now, that I finally have a constant web connection I finally REALLY decided to go this way..and from that point, even though I´ve always drawn or painted and you quit, still I KNOW that you will not take ten years to make it if you stay on it and study what you wanna do.Which is completely possible due to those people like Sycra here, telling their profession secrets to anyone listening...
