6. Make it clear how free each member is to solve problems
Don't be a control freak, try asking each person who brings a problem what they think the solution is. If you regularly agree with each solution, they will feel more confident to decide on thier own.
7. Check on Progress
"People do what you INSPECT more than what you EXPECT" -Hans Finzel
This has been one of my week points. After you'vegiven out responsibilities regularly check on people to make sure they are doing it ^^

3. Choose your team well
3 c's - Commitment: People who have a true heart for North Korea
Character: Dependable, loyal, honest, with integrity
Competence: People who have skills useful for your chapter
4. Environment
Create a relational atmosphere for your team to work in. Create time for everyone to know each other
5. Care for each Member
Each member should be able to voice concerns and feel like part of the team. Feedback is very important.

2. Organize your team
"Organising is the work we do to put people and tasks together in a structure that works." - Hans Finzel
LiNK will often give you a list of postions that includes President, Vice President, Treasurer, and so on. However leader needs to recognize that especially as your group grows larger there is a need to constantly adapt Each member should know thier roles and responsibilities and how it fits into your vision.

@gusdnd95 네 맞아요, 캐나다에서 젭터 프래지댄트 예요.
저는 Jimmy Thunder 이에요. 현웅님 반갑습니다 ^^

I would love to give you advice!
Let me share seven points that are helpful in leadership
1. Cultivate a Vision
Know specifically where you want to take your team. Where do you see you and your team a year from now? Two years? What do you want to accomplish in that time? Draw up a mission statement & constantly remind your team
