No-one has yet answered my original questions, to wit, the official explanation for no LEM blast crater is the minute amount of dust which covers the lunar surface would not be be disturbed, therefore, how did they plant the flag,? how, if you watch the so-called probe insertion does it travel at least 3 feet into the lunar surface? all I can say is lucky guys, had they landed feet away they may have been buried forever, like their lies will eventually be.

@amoghakrishnas This phenomenon is the same as :"the pendulum on moon effect". the pendulum continues Oscillating for almost eternity because there is no damping force from the atmosphere. The only damping effect is from the pendulum string.. so in theory.. the pendulum will oscillate forever.... inertia will keep the bob moving to-and-fro forever.... this is he same phenomenon that keeps the flag waving!!!! i hope this explains the fluttering!!

Yes Inertia does keep the body moving in the same direction unless another force acts on it.... but remember the flag is not free to move i.e it is attached to the "inverted L" (7) Flag post. so, once inertia moves the flag towards one side, elasticity and even the low gravity on the moon pulls it towards the other side. The absence of atmosphere means that this to-and-fro motion continues till all the energy in the flag has been used up by the damping force of the cloth... i

The flag is waving because of inertia. There in no atmosphere so, there is no friction to stop the flag from waving...

Why are the video grainy???? well it is simple.

Back in the day (1969) video cameras were so huge and bulky, that it made it almost impossible to carry them to the moon. They would also consume huge amount of electricity, which meant that there would be a heavy load on the fuel cells and batteries that powered the LEM. so, NASA scientists had to build a smaller version of the camera that could be taken to the moon, hence reducing CLARITY OF VIDEO!!! there is a video about this in SPACEVIDCAST!
