  • in the grim darkness of the far future there are far too many blue marines...

  • @Syrath101 I don't know...Gav Thorpe is okay. Although I wouldn't say he's hyped at all, most people probably have no idea who he is unless they read a lot of Warhammer books.

  • To fight the 'nids, you need more flamers. To fight the 'nids, you need more melta. To fight the 'nids, you need more Sister of Battle !

(Okay, maybe not, but is there even one book on the Sisters ?)

  • @TheNorsetroll To be fair the novels on the Ultras tend to be good. Hell, Chapter's Due did so much to try and fix all the crap in the fifth edition space marine codex and show the Ultras weren't invincible that Matt Ward tried to have it retconned out of existance.

  • @TheNorsetroll I meant hell yes lol

  • @TheNorsetroll hell no, time to put some Fist, Scars, and Ravens into the damn spotlight

  • @Supernaught00 0_o you can say that of all the Black Library writers. Personally I really like Thorpes work. The "Path" series is really awesome and this is from someone who's wasn't a huge Eldar fan before his books.

Anyhow I snagged my copy and am looking forward to getting it. Tyraniddddds!

  • @Mundicai You guys never read Angels of Darkness i Take it? Besides Its not his fault it was so toned down when he was making it. Word is it was a higher up policy at the time to tone everything down at that point.

  • I suppose im not the only one whos getting tired of the damn ultramarines, right?

  • I wish they'd turn these into a 'once per year' thing, cause I want to buy all of them when they come out and they drasticly reduce my pitiful and meager savings for other interesting things!

  • Ultramarines, Ultramarines everywhere
