This is the piano composition that I wrote for English class! For our final, we had a choice to compose a song that would go with the book "Lord of the Flies." The flow of this song is supposed to follow the flow of the story: quiet and peaceful in the beginning, more intense and dramatic in the middle, and back to peaceful in the end. It follows the flow of the story because when writing this, I was thinking of the events that happened in the story(Matt's idea), like flashbacks(hence the title of this composition, "Reminiscence")I also tried to make it sound oceany, since the survivors get rescued by a boat in the end of the story. I hope you like it! :)
