It is one of the best panoramic ocean-view rental condos in Wailea, and it is actually closer to the ocean than many condo units in Wailea that are called "oceanfront." The amazing full ocean-views with the island of Lanai and the crescent-shaped volcanic island of Molokini in the background can actually be seen from all of the rooms in the unit and from our spacious lanai. The unit with its vaulted ceilings has been re-modeled and has granite counter-tops, travertine floors, and custom cabinetry. The ocean breezes fill the condo.

This is one of the best locations in one of Maui's most luxurious vacation rental complexes, Palms of Wailea. The unit is a 5 minute walk down the hill to the ocean, and an 8 minute walk to one of the nicest beaches on Maui, Keawakapu Beach. A great tennis facility, championship golf courses, several other magnificent beaches, and the fabulous Shops of Wailea are a 5 minute drive.

Stroll around the beautiful Palms of Wailea lush gardens surrounding a

tranquil waterfall and stream; capture the evening ocean breezes sitting at the
lovely open counter-bar in our kitchen; visit the first-class Palms pool and

friendly guest clubhouse; and BBQ on our lanai with the privacy of a second floor, corner location on top of a hill overlooking the ocean. What a place to spend your vacation!

When it comes to weather, we have been coming to Maui 33 years in a row, and we feel very strongly that Wailea has the best weather on the island.
