It's called Power Rush, if you mean the badge.

And it increases his attack power by 4.

if bowser takes something like boots or a hammer it means you cant use that ability for a while

i cant remeber the name but basically, when mario has 1 hp, it will increase his attack by 5. i think its called last stand or something.
