looks nice, but i would like to see you do some bigger comboes, those 1 - 3 pounds with 5 - 10 sek break each times dosent show much. You look great and have great skills, but why not show them some more with another video where you do some 3 - 6 pounds, and 1-3 pounds with only 2 seconds break.
like u do in this video u could continue for hourse without getting tired ;)

yo dude can u help me decide? should i continue using mine? its a bit shorter than me but when i get into my boxing stance , the height of the punching bag and me are almost the same thnx

@kennethxx100 if you can afford a new bag then i would go with a new one preferably a hanging one. if funds aren't there at the moment then make do with what you got.

i just started hiting a everlast free standing bag and i also do not have any training but when i hit my bag it hurts my wrists during hard hits and after my training could this be because my wrists are not conditioned enough? please respond id appreciate it

@MattDigsMusic are you using wraps? ive trained some muay thai where i learned how to wrap my hands. they definitely make a difference for me.
