@hildardh I am not aware of any but then I made sure to not have a mortgage from any BS lender. I onw my land in fee simple and it's not on the tax rolls. I don't research current suits in court. I am aware that a commercial present ment unanswered is a default method which remains on the private side so only a declaratory judgement is all that is needed. It's a win simple as that. Pax aut bellum.

Send a letter interrogatory to the judge "Do you have a direct or indirect $ interest in this case?, Do you have any mortgage backed securitys or Bank interests in your retirement portfolio?, What form of law [cause of action] is this matter? Is this matter being heard in a court of record?" Same to Attys' "do you have a power of atty to 're-present' [Bank]?[ cant as Bank is a fiction and can't sign POA], Do you have a license to practice law? [cant States don't issue lic. only private BAR]
